  • Published prices are starting rates for standard-size, nonhazardous products.
  • Final pricing depends on product dimensions, weight, quantity, packaging requirements, SKU or ASIN count and preparation complexity.
  • Volume pricing applies to identical standard units processed under the same SKU or ASIN unless otherwise approved in writing.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate SKU, ASIN, FNSKU, shipment-plan and marketplace information.
  • Boxes, pallets, mailers, specialty bags, excessive wrap, tape, dunnage and other packaging materials are additional unless specifically included.
  • Detailed inspection, testing, photography, sorting, repacking and corrective work are separate services unless included in writing.
  • Aerosols, liquids, chemicals, lithium batteries, food, cosmetics and other regulated products require advance review and written approval.
  • The minimum Amazon FBA prep project is $45.
  • A 50% deposit may be required for larger, custom or material-intensive projects.
  • The remaining balance is due before inventory is released, shipped or transferred unless otherwise approved in writing.

FULFILLMENT TECHNOLOGY

ShipStation-Powered Order Workflows

MFA Prep & 3PL Center uses ShipStation to help manage ecommerce orders, shipping labels, tracking information and multi-channel fulfillment workflows. Qualified recurring clients may connect their compatible ShipStation account or approved sales channel to our fulfillment workflow.

Store connections, carrier accounts, integrations and delegated-order workflows are subject to platform compatibility, account approval and setup requirements.

Pricing, Deposit and Contract Terms

  • Recurring fulfillment clients must sign a written six- or twelve-month service agreement.
  • Accounts require an approved credit card or ACH payment method and the applicable account setup and service deposit.
  • The written agreement will explain how the service deposit is applied, credited or refunded when the account is closed.
  • Storage is billed monthly in advance. Fulfillment, returns, materials and special services may be billed weekly or monthly.
  • Postage, freight, carrier charges, insurance, customs charges and packaging materials are billed separately.
  • Monthly minimums do not include pass-through carrier expenses, storage or materials unless specifically stated in the written agreement.
  • Accounts with overdue balances may be placed on fulfillment hold until payment is received.
  • Cancellation, renewal and early-termination requirements are governed by the signed service agreement.
  • Final pricing and operating instructions are confirmed in the written proposal and service agreement.
