Check receiving, processing and shipment status.

Use the email address and private access code provided by MFA. Contact MFA if you need assistance with your account. Customers must fund their account with at least $100 before work starts. The entire amount is prepaid credit toward services and postage. There is no setup fee. The available balance must cover the requested work and postage before MFA incurs those costs. If $100 is insufficient, the customer must add enough funds before work starts. Customers must replenish their balance before further work or postage purchases. Orders pause when funds are insufficient. MFA does not advance its own money. There is no fixed minimum for later top-ups. The $100 opening balance is not a service charge and is separate from the $100 FBA/WFS preparation minimum. Invoices are due immediately upon issuance. Full payment for services is required before dispatch. Termination requires 30 calendar days’ written notice and payment of all outstanding balances. Existing accepted agreements retain their agreed terms.

Standalone polybagging

Standalone polybagging includes the bag and application: small $0.30, medium $0.50, large $1.00 and XL $2.00 per unit. FNSKU labeling is separate. Confirm bag size and fit. The $100 preparation minimum applies per FBA/WFS shipment.

Contract length

Service is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancellation requires 30 calendar days’ written notice and payment of all outstanding balances. Existing accepted agreements retain their agreed terms.

Returns and Q4 pricing

Standard return receiving and visual inspection are completed within two business days after check-in. Large batches, testing and repacking require an agreed timeline. MFA does not charge a Q4 service surcharge. Carrier surcharges are separate.

Prep errors and Amazon defect fees

MFA corrects verified prep mistakes at no charge and reimburses documented Amazon defect fees directly caused by those mistakes. Lost sales, lost profits and errors caused by incorrect client instructions are excluded. This remedy concerns prep corrections and directly caused Amazon defect fees; receiving and storage loss or damage remain governed by the applicable liability terms.

MFA insurance certificate

A current certificate of MFA’s business liability insurance may be requested. Issuance is subject to confirmation by MFA’s insurance agent. The certificate does not provide insurance for customer inventory or change policy coverage or contractual liability.

WMS reports and receiving problems

Inventory, receiving, shipment and discrepancy reports are provided through the MFA WMS client portal. Receiving shortages or damage are reported through WMS with photos within two business days of discovery.
