We provide Amazon FBA preparation, palletized and floor-loaded container receiving, dry, humidity-controlled, refrigerated and frozen pallet and bin storage, FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, shrink wrapping, bubble wrapping, bundling and kitting, e-commerce pick and pack, returns processing, and outbound shipment preparation. Custom projects are reviewed before acceptance.

Send your active SKU count, product dimensions and weights, monthly inbound volume, storage needs, monthly order volume, average items per order, sales channels, special prep instructions, and desired start date. For container receiving, also send the container size, whether it is palletized or floor-loaded, estimated carton or pallet count, maximum carton weight, and any special unloading requirements.

Yes. We review both new and established accounts. There is no WMS fee or invoice fee. For FBA/WFS preparation, the $100 prep minimum applies once to a batch prepared together under one approved preparation order, including multiple ASINs. Amazon splitting that batch between fulfillment centers does not create additional prep minimums. Separate preparation orders have their own minimum. Materials, storage, outbound handling and shipping are charged separately. Only preparation labor and services count toward the minimum. Materials, separate receiving, storage, outbound handling, postage, freight, tax and unrelated services do not count toward it. FBM fulfillment and storage-only jobs have no preparation minimum. Onboarding and account setup are free.

No. MFA Prep & 3PL Center is independently owned and operated by Miami Furniture Assembly Svcs LLC. We provide third-party preparation and fulfillment services for sellers. We are listed in Amazon's Service Provider Network under FBA Prep & Packaging, but the listing does not mean that Amazon owns or operates MFA.

Yes. You must maintain an active Amazon selling account and enroll eligible products in FBA. You are responsible for Seller Central access, product listings, shipment plans, Amazon eligibility and compliance, and the approved labels and instructions supplied to MFA.

Services include FNSKU label printing and application, visual or detailed inspection, poly bagging, shrink wrapping, bubble wrapping, bundling, kitting, returns receiving, and Amazon removal-order processing. Materials and nonstandard work may be billed separately. Shrink wrapping is $0.20 per item, wrapping only; labeling is separate. Sample check: 10% of the batch is opened and checked. $5 per 100 units in the batch. 10% of units are checked, rounded up to a whole unit, at $0.50 each. Count and visual check: every unit is counted and checked from the outside for visible damage, without opening. $15 per 100 units. Full quality inspection: every unit is opened and checked for condition, completeness and labeling. $150 per 100 units. Count and full inspection are prorated by the unit; there is no new 100-unit billing minimum. Choose sample check or full quality inspection for the same goods, not both. Detailed inspection remains $50/hour for separately agreed work. Special retailer and B2B requirements require a written quote. All prices are before tax. Existing accepted quotes retain their agreed rates.

FNSKU preparation is priced per ASIN: 1-100 units at $0.65 each; 101-500 at $0.60; 501-999 at $0.55; 1,000-9,999 at $0.44; exactly 10,000 at $0.40; and 10,001+ at $0.38 per unit. Do not combine different ASINs to qualify for a tier. Single-unit polybag preparation is the FNSKU rate for the units in one ASIN plus the selected bag-size charge: small $0.30, medium $0.50, large $1.00 or XL $2.00 per unit. Small-bag totals are $0.95 for 1-100 units, $0.90 for 101-500, $0.85 for 501-999, $0.74 for 1,000-9,999, $0.70 for exactly 10,000 and $0.68 for 10,001+. Bag size and fit must be confirmed for the product; no fixed bag dimensions are assumed. FNSKU and standard receiving are included in these totals. Bundle rates remain separate. Triple bubblewrap preparation remains $1.50 per unit with FNSKU. Paid single-unit FNSKU, polybag or triple bubblewrap preparation includes covering or removing one simple old label per unit. Standalone basic label covering/removal starts at $0.50 per unit. Difficult adhesive, cleaning and multiple labels require a separate written quote at $50/hour. The same service rates apply to Amazon, 3PL and fulfillment work. Standard receiving is included for these single-unit preparation services; do not add standard unit, carton or sealed-pallet receiving for the same goods. Bundle receiving, standalone receiving, container unloading, oversize handling, storage, outbound handling, postage and freight are separate. Shipping, freight, taxes and separately quoted services remain chargeable. Polybag bundles of 2/3/4/5/6 components are $1.40/$1.60/$1.80/$2.10/$2.30, then $0.20 per extra component. Triple bubblewrap bundles are $2.60/$2.90/$3.20/$3.50/$3.80, then $0.35 per extra component. FNSKU labeling is included in the bundle price.

One to three business days is a typical target for standard, properly documented work after inventory is received and checked in. It is not guaranteed. Large projects, missing instructions, damaged goods, custom packaging, peak periods, or account holds can extend completion time.

You are responsible for providing accurate, approved product data, labels, shipment plans, and platform instructions. We perform work from the information you authorize and may pause a project if instructions are incomplete or conflicting.

The warehouse at 2014 NW 55th Avenue excludes food, beverages, dietary supplements, pet food, and animal feed, including sealed and shelf-stable products. Illegal products are not accepted. Other restricted, hazardous, fragile, or unusual products require written approval before shipment.

Our general warehouse at 2014 NW 55th Avenue does not accept food, beverages, dietary supplements, pet food, or animal feed for receiving, storage, preparation, packing, or fulfillment. This includes sealed, shelf-stable, refrigerated, frozen, and perishable products. These products cannot be accepted through special approval. Temperature-controlled storage is available only for eligible non-food products, subject to written approval and a quote. The food facility at 2012 Mears Pkwy, Margate, FL 33063 is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Monthly storage: standard pallet $20, oversize pallet $45, half pallet $20. Standard and half-pallet storage is $20 per pallet per month, including the first month. Cubic-foot storage is $0.95 for 1-10 stored pallets or $0.85 for 11 or more, with a $1 per box monthly minimum. Standard box storage is $5 and oversize box storage is $10. Bin storage starts at $3 per bin per month; capacity and final price are confirmed in writing. Refrigerator storage is $1.70 per cubic foot per month, subject to prior acceptance. Storage has no free-storage period; invoices use full storage days in the calendar month. The agreed accounting method controls. Secured, freezer and other custom storage require a written quote.

Small bins are approximately 20 x 11 x 7 inches, standard bins 21 x 14 x 12 inches, and large bins 26 x 17 x 12 inches. Suitability depends on the product and operating requirements.

Secured storage is quoted separately. No fixed secured-storage multiplier applies. Availability and service scope require written confirmation.

Yes. Send advance shipment notice, carrier details, expected carton or pallet counts, and purchase-order or SKU documentation. Container appointments must also identify the container size, whether it is palletized or floor-loaded, maximum carton weight, and any special equipment needs. Unscheduled, mislabeled, oversized, or noncompliant deliveries may be delayed, refused, or assessed additional handling.

Standard receiving for single-unit FBA prep is included in the prep price. For bundle components and standalone receiving, individual receiving is $0.15 per standard unit, $0.40 per oversize unit or $0.50 per overweight unit. Standard carton receiving is $1 (no side over 25 inches and no more than 50 lb); oversize or overweight cartons are $4. Sealed pallet receiving is $10 per pallet. 40-foot floor-loaded container unloading is $450 per container before tax. This is unloading only. Pallets, wrapping, sorting, put-away, equipment and any additional scope must be confirmed in the written quote. Do not combine this flat fee with per-pallet or hourly unloading for the same container. Other container unloading remains $20 per palletized-load pallet or $40 per formed floor-load pallet, including pallet and wrapping. Do not charge overlapping receiving methods for the same work.

Floor-load unloading includes pallet forming, pallets and wrapping at $40 per formed pallet. Unit counts, special sorting, freight, drayage, customs, port and special equipment are separate unless included in writing. LCL handling and freight require a written quote. Container unloading, pallet handling and local delivery are priced separately from LCL freight. Carrier freight, customs, port, terminal and other accessorial charges are separate unless expressly included.

Receiving by sealed carton or unopened pallet does not confirm the enclosed unit count. Unbarcoded units require individual receiving and counting plus internal barcode labeling at $0.15 standard or $0.30 oversize/overweight per unit. Product variants need unique scannable barcodes. Internal warehouse labels do not replace required marketplace identifiers. Detailed inspections are separate.

Pick and pack includes the first unit. Monthly account order tiers (first unit per order / each additional unit): 0-500: $2.00 / $0.50; 501-1,000: $1.95 / $0.45; 1,001-4,999: $1.90 / $0.40; 5,000-10,000: $1.65 / $0.35; 10,001-20,000: $1.40 / $0.27; 20,001+: $1.20 / $0.20. The total account orders in one calendar month select one rate for all orders in that estimate; rates are not applied progressively. Prices are before tax. Carrier postage and boxes are separate. Standard envelopes are included; boxes start at $0.50. Postage is separate. The selected monthly-order tier applies to the calendar-month account volume. Existing accepted quotes retain their agreed terms. Orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, or by 11:00 AM Eastern on Saturday, ship the same day. Orders received after the Saturday cutoff or on Sunday ship the next business day. Orders received after the Monday-through-Friday cutoff ship the next operating day, subject to the Saturday 11:00 AM cutoff. No Sunday dispatch. Orders are handed to the carrier on the same business day they are packed. If an order cannot ship by its expected ship date, we will email you the same day with the order number, the reason and the new ship date. Client-supplied labels, including Amazon Buy Shipping labels, are printed at $0.15 per label, and corrections are made in the account where the label was purchased. Labels purchased by MFA are $2 each plus postage and can be voided and replaced before carrier pickup. For the late-processing guarantee, the 24-hour clock runs on business days, Monday through Friday, and pauses on Saturdays and Sundays. For example, the deadline for an order received Friday at 3:00 PM Eastern is Monday at 3:00 PM Eastern. Saturday warehouse hours do not count toward this guarantee. Pick-and-pack and additional-pick handling are waived when processing exceeds that deadline. The $2 fee for each label purchased by MFA is not waived; postage, materials and other services remain chargeable.

No. Postage, freight, drayage, customs duties and clearance, port and terminal charges, demurrage, detention, chassis fees, carrier charges, declared value coverage, taxes, and accessorial fees are additional. MFA provides warehouse handling and shipment preparation but does not act as a customs broker, ocean freight forwarder, NVOCC, or drayage motor carrier.

No. Once a carrier accepts a shipment, transit, tracking, delays, losses, and delivery performance are subject to that carrier's terms. We will provide available shipment information and assist with documentation when practical.

Yes, subject to review. Send carton configuration, labeling, routing-guide, pallet, BOL, appointment, and compliance requirements for a custom quote. Standard unopened-carton forwarding is $3 per carton. Oversize over 25 inches is $7 per carton; super-size over 50 lb or 30 inches is $20. Carrier shipping, opening, inspection, counting and repacking are separate.

The portal displays available information about your orders, receiving, processing, shipments, and current shipment status.

MFA Prep & 3PL Center creates customer accounts and provides each authorized customer with an email login and private six-digit access code.

The portal displays the latest information available from ShipStation and connected shipping services. Updates may occasionally be delayed.

Goods valued over $100 and hazardous or regulated goods require prior written acceptance and individual pricing. Starting rates and estimates are subject to the accepted written quote and its expiration date.

The available shipping balance must cover postage before MFA purchases it. If the balance is insufficient, shipping pauses until sufficient funds are available. Full payment for services is required before dispatch. Termination requires 30 calendar days’ written notice and payment of all outstanding balances. Existing accepted agreements retain their agreed payment and termination terms. Termination does not eliminate charges for completed work, committed labor, purchased materials, storage, carrier fees or noncancelable costs. Provide written instructions for remaining inventory. Storage and handling may continue while goods remain, and stock removal follows the accepted service scope and applicable law.

Existing accepted agreements retain their agreed payment and termination terms. Account services may be paused when required funds or approvals are not available.

Amazon removal processing is $1.75 per unit for 1-99 units, $1.50 for 100-199, and $1.20 for 200-1,000. More than 1,000 units require a written quote. Prior approval and 50% batch prepayment are required. Returns receiving with visual inspection starts at $2.20 per unit. Disposal requires a written quote. Detailed inspection is $50/hour; restocking and other unpriced work require a quote.

For applicable receiving and storage agreements with MFA Prep & 3PL Center, a DBA of Miami Furniture Assembly Svcs LLC, the default liability for each affected package is its proven actual value, capped at 150% of that package's agreed base monthly storage rate. Liability arises only where MFA is legally responsible; a loss alone does not establish fault. The accepted rate schedule must expressly identify the package or storage unit, the goods it comprises and its base monthly storage rate. A pallet, carton and individual item are not interchangeable. The limit does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct or liability that cannot legally be limited. Increased liability requires a written agreement identifying the increased limit and separately agreed additional charges. Inventory values and insurance certificates alone do not increase liability. Merchandise insurance is separate from contractual liability; MFA does not insure customer inventory. For prep-only work, weekly storage or goods without an agreed package base monthly storage rate, this formula does not apply and creates no zero-dollar limit; the applicable liability basis must be resolved in writing before work starts, subject to applicable law. These updated terms apply prospectively and do not alter existing accepted agreements or separately negotiated terms.

Receiving and Storage Agreement · Insurance Disclosure

You should maintain insurance appropriate for your inventory, including the risks your policy and service agreement identify. Ask your insurer how goods are covered while in storage and transit.

Email us promptly with the shipment or order number, SKU, quantity, photos, and supporting documents. Claim timing and responsibility depend on the event, available records, carrier terms, and your signed service agreement.
