FNSKU preparation is priced per ASIN: 1-100 units at $0.65 each; 101-500 at $0.60; 501-999 at $0.55; 1,000-9,999 at $0.44; exactly 10,000 at $0.40; and 10,001+ at $0.38 per unit. Do not combine different ASINs to qualify for a tier. Single-unit polybag preparation is the FNSKU rate for the units in one ASIN plus the selected bag-size charge: small $0.30, medium $0.50, large $1.00 or XL $2.00 per unit. Small-bag totals are $0.95 for 1-100 units, $0.90 for 101-500, $0.85 for 501-999, $0.74 for 1,000-9,999, $0.70 for exactly 10,000 and $0.68 for 10,001+. Bag size and fit must be confirmed for the product; no fixed bag dimensions are assumed. FNSKU and standard receiving are included in these totals. Bundle rates remain separate. Triple bubblewrap preparation remains $1.50 per unit with FNSKU. Paid single-unit FNSKU, polybag or triple bubblewrap preparation includes covering or removing one simple old label per unit. Standalone basic label covering/removal starts at $0.50 per unit. Difficult adhesive, cleaning and multiple labels require a separate written quote at $50/hour. The same service rates apply to Amazon, 3PL and fulfillment work. Standard receiving is included for these single-unit preparation services; do not add standard unit, carton or sealed-pallet receiving for the same goods. 40-foot floor-loaded container unloading is $450 per container before tax. This is unloading only. Pallets, wrapping, sorting, put-away, equipment and any additional scope must be confirmed in the written quote. Do not combine this flat fee with per-pallet or hourly unloading for the same container.

Typical prep turnaround is 1-3 business days once inventory arrives at our Margate warehouse.
For applicable receiving and storage agreements with MFA Prep & 3PL Center, a DBA of Miami Furniture Assembly Svcs LLC, the default liability for each affected package is its proven actual value, capped at 150% of that package's agreed base monthly storage rate. Liability arises only where MFA is legally responsible; a loss alone does not establish fault. The accepted rate schedule must expressly identify the package or storage unit, the goods it comprises and its base monthly storage rate. A pallet, carton and individual item are not interchangeable. The limit does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct or liability that cannot legally be limited. Increased liability requires a written agreement identifying the increased limit and separately agreed additional charges. Inventory values and insurance certificates alone do not increase liability. Merchandise insurance is separate from contractual liability; MFA does not insure customer inventory. For prep-only work, weekly storage or goods without an agreed package base monthly storage rate, this formula does not apply and creates no zero-dollar limit; the applicable liability basis must be resolved in writing before work starts, subject to applicable law. These updated terms apply prospectively and do not alter existing accepted agreements or separately negotiated terms.
Boxes are billed at pallet rates under this no-contract service because their size and weight cannot be determined in advance. There is no per-box rate. The billable pallet count and standard or oversized classification must be confirmed before drop-off.
Standard pallet storage: $25 per pallet per week. Oversized pallet storage: $45 per pallet per week. Standard pallet size: 48 x 40 x 60 inches. Oversized loads require approval before delivery.
Weekly billing runs Monday through Sunday. No daily rates or daily prorating. Drop-offs are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
There is no invoice fee. Other requested services require a separate written quote. Weekly storage appears as a separate line in the main estimate. All published prices and running calculator totals are before tax. Complete the required service selections, then review the finished quote before saving to see estimated tax separately. Taxability and exemptions are confirmed on the final invoice.

For one approved FBA/WFS preparation order, qualifying services are product preparation, labeling, bundling/kitting, detailed or quality inspection, shrink wrapping and individual-product repacking labor selected for that order. Product photographs, removal-order receiving, separate receiving, materials, storage, outbound handling, postage, freight, tax and unrelated services are excluded. The calculator adds only the amount needed to bring qualifying preparation services to $100. One approved preparation order per estimate. For example, one batch split between five Amazon destinations has one $100 prep minimum, not $500 in prep minimums. Multiple-ASIN orders require a combined written quote so the minimum is applied once across the batch. FNSKU volume tiers still apply separately per ASIN. Existing accepted quotes retain their agreed terms.
FBA outbound carton preparation is $5 USD per standard outbound carton before tax. It includes packing prepared units into the outbound carton, sealing it, and applying Amazon carton and carrier shipping labels. New FBA/B2B shipping cartons start at $2.75 each under the existing material category. Carrier postage and freight are separate. Label printing remains separate at the selected published rate ($0.25 per sheet or label for FBA carton/other document printing; client-account carrier-label printing remains $0.15 per label where applicable). Label application is included in the $5 service and is not charged again. Standard unopened-carton forwarding remains $3 per carton and covers forwarding without opening or repacking. Do not charge both services for the same carton. When both quantities are entered, confirm they refer to different cartons. Additional warehouse picks or pallet handling must cover separate work. Outbound carton preparation does not count toward the FBA/WFS preparation order minimum. Existing accepted quotes retain their agreed terms.
Invoices are due immediately upon issuance. A $100 prepaid deposit is required toward shipping costs per package. When the remaining shipping balance reaches $25, we will automatically charge the credit card on file for the amount needed to restore the shipping balance to $100. Any unused shipping balance will be refunded to the client when the account closes. The deposit is not a setup fee or service charge and is separate from the $100 FBA/WFS preparation minimum. The available shipping balance must cover postage before MFA purchases it. If the balance is insufficient, shipping pauses until sufficient funds are available. Full payment for services is required before dispatch.
Existing accepted agreements retain their agreed payment terms.

Service is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancellation requires 30 calendar days’ written notice and payment of all outstanding balances. Existing accepted agreements retain their agreed terms.
Standard return receiving and visual inspection are completed within two business days after check-in. Large batches, testing and repacking require an agreed timeline. MFA does not charge a Q4 service surcharge. Carrier surcharges are separate.
MFA corrects verified prep mistakes at no charge and reimburses documented Amazon defect fees directly caused by those mistakes. Lost sales, lost profits and errors caused by incorrect client instructions are excluded. This remedy concerns prep corrections and directly caused Amazon defect fees; receiving and storage loss or damage remain governed by the applicable liability terms.
A current certificate of MFA’s business liability insurance may be requested. Issuance is subject to confirmation by MFA’s insurance agent. The certificate does not provide insurance for customer inventory or change policy coverage or contractual liability.
Inventory, receiving, shipment and discrepancy reports are provided through the MFA WMS client portal. Receiving shortages or damage are reported through WMS with photos within two business days of discovery.
