1. Scope

This policy applies to information we collect through this website and in connection with inquiries and services. A signed customer agreement, platform notice, or service-specific notice may provide additional terms. This policy does not govern a third party's independent practices, including Amazon, marketplaces, payment processors, carriers, or websites linked from our site.

2. Information we collect

  • Communications, documents, photographs, instructions, claims information, and feedback you send to us.
  • Transaction and billing details. Payment card or bank information may be collected and processed by an authorized payment provider rather than stored directly by us.

When you use our customer portal, we may collect your email address, account information, login session information, and security-related data. The portal may display order, receiving, processing, shipment, tracking, and status information received from ShipStation, shipping carriers, marketplaces, and other service providers. We use this information to authenticate users, provide fulfillment services, manage customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and protect the security of the portal. Customers must keep their access codes confidential and notify MFA Prep & 3PL Center promptly if unauthorized access is suspected.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses necessary storage to remember your cookie preference and may use optional analytics and advertising technologies to understand traffic, measure advertising, detect problems, and improve performance.
